How is the 90-day guarantee actually triggered?
On day 90 of an active Pro subscription, we run a Local Falcon grid scan on your agreed service-area grid and tracked keywords. If your business is not in the Google Map 3-Pack in at least one grid cell on at least one agreed keyword, you qualify for a full refund of the MapBoostXL fees you paid during the 90-day window. The scan is timestamped and emailed to you, and the refund is processed within 5 business days.
Can I downgrade after the guarantee window?
Yes. Once your 90-day window is complete, you can move to Foundation or stay on Pro — whatever fits. Just note that downgrading or pausing during an active 90-day window voids that guarantee, since the program relies on the full set of Pro work running uninterrupted.
What happens if my market is unusually competitive?
The guarantee is built to be fair in tough markets: it only requires a Top-3 result in one cell of your agreed grid on one agreed keyword — not blanket coverage. For very competitive multi-location markets we may set custom guarantee terms up front on the Custom plan, so the target reflects what is realistic for your area.
Is the Foundation plan worth it without the guarantee?
